Information collected

We store account information, user-approved memories, conversation history, subscription status, and settings needed to provide Piphex.

Protected Piphex core

Piphex's universal personality instructions are maintained separately by Gizmolife. Personal user information is never added to that universal core or shared with another user.

Microphone, camera, and location

These device features require permission. Camera awareness is processed only for the requested companion feature. Location is used for nearby information when enabled. Piphex does not sell personal data.

Your controls

You can disable personal memory and review or delete saved memories and conversation history from account settings.

Security

Passwords are handled by the secure authentication provider and are not stored directly inside the Piphex app.
